Zhū Tiān Gòng Suŏ Suì Xiè Màn Duò Dì Yù
The Heavens all share a place where Evil Spirits (Sui)
give vent to [the process of] slowly sinking into Hell.
Huò Jí Qī Zŭ Wēng
This bringing on in Disaster, the concerns the Seven Founding Ancestors (Qi Zu)
and the Old Father (Weng).
Dào Yán Cǐ Èr Zhāng Bìng Shì Zhū Tiān Shàng Dì Jí Zhì Zhēn Xiān Wáng Yǐn
Bì Zhī
Daoist doctrine states that these two different sections are united together.
It is correct that in the Heavens, its god (Shang Di) concerns himself
with Extreme Truth (Zhi Zhen),
and the Fairy King (Xian Wang) with their secret, hidden
Yīn Jiē Shì Dà Fàn Zhī Yán Fēi Shì Shàng Cháng Cí Yán Wú Yùn Lì Qū
Wú Huá Wǎn Gù Wèi
tidings, both of these these things are correct.
The Da Fan (Great Brahmin) says things that seem wrong for this world.
And the Diction and Phraseology (Ci) used for the talk,
are not in sounds of rhymed Singing-Verse (Li Qu) nor are they showy or elaborate.
Therefore this is called
Xuán Ào Nán Kĕ Xún Xiáng Shàng Tiān Suŏ Bǎo Bì Yú
Abtuse and Difficult (Xuan Ao Nan), yet it is possible that,
though this is unexpectedly detailed, to suddenly understand it clearly.
Going up into Heaven to the place of the precious secret in
Shén Xiāo Yù Qīng Wáng Fŭ Dōng Huá Bǎo Zàng Yī Xuán Kē Suí Yùn
the Divine Cloudy Heaven (Shen Xiao) of Jade Clarity
(Yu Qing- the highest of the Thirty-Six Heavens),
at the official government grand office [and site of]
the Eastern Essence Treasure (Dong Hua Bao Zang- the Eastern Depository of the Canon),
complying with the Profound Studies (Xuan Ke) used
for following the Motions of Fortune (Yun).
