Yǐn Bì Zhī Yīn Jiē Shì Dà Fàn Zhī Yán Fēi Shì Shàng Dì Cí Yán Wú Yùn
hidden [meanings] of these tidings, and that
each and every one of these is correct.
the Great Brahmin (Da Fan) says that bad things run counter
in this age to the Great God (Shang Di).
[Even] the dictionaries of classical poetry says that these things
do not rhyme or sound agreeable.

Lì Qū Wú Huá Wǎn Gù Wèi Xuán Ào Nán Kĕ Xún Xiáng Shàng Tiān Suŏ
Bǎo Bì

[For example,] Pre-Yuan singing verse (Li Qi) is not showy or elaborate,
winding or tortuous.
It is called abtuse and difficult [to understand].
Yet it is possible that, though a thing is unexpectedly detailed,
for one to suddenly know clearly Heaven's precious secret.

Yú Shén Xiāo Yù Fŭ
In the clouds of God's Heaven, there is beautiful Official Residence (Fu)

Jīng Shì Yī Kē Sān Wàn Qī Qiān Nián
go into the scripture room and carefully listen to
the instructions that [have been the same for the last]
thirty-seven thousand years.

Yīng Yùn Xià Chuán Ruò Yŏu Zhì Rén Zī Zhì Xīn Yī Jìu Gé Gào Mĕng
Zhēn Wáng Rán Hòu Ér Fù Yān

It is proper if there is to be movement of Good Fortune (Yun)
down below, that a transmission like that, there has to be
here a Perfect Man who is a Sage (Zhi Ren), capable of
[carrying out the correct methods] of giving the offerings.
One with natural qualities of character and a plain heart,
listening in compliance with the Old standards (Jiu Ge),
asking for [assistence from the] sworn alliance
of the True Grand-Monarch (Zhen Wang).
Then what is handed over how?
