Jiē Piān Xiàn Fēi Kĕ Jìn Zhǐ Yú Shì Yuán Shǐ Xuán Yī Bǎo Zhū Dà Rú
each and every one of us is caught in a one-sided trap
which is not possible to prohibit.
Then, at the Beginning (Yuan Shi) hanging suspended
is the Single Precious Pearl (Yi Bao).
Its size is like that of

Shŭ Mǐ Zài Kōng Xuán Zhī Zhōng Qù Dì Wŭ Zhàng Yuán Rú Dēng Yǐn
Tiān Zhēn Dà Shén Shàng Shèng Gāo Zūn Miào Xíng Zhēn Rén
millet or rice.
It rested in the Emptiness (Kong) of Profound Darkness (Xuan) that is found in the Center.
[Even if] removed from the ground five Zhang (fifty feet),
[accessing] the Fundamental (Yuan) is like climbing up, attracted to the Celestially-Endowed Diety (Tian Zhen Da Shen)
of the Superior-Sage Great-Venerable (Shang Sheng Gao Zun)
of Wonderous-Conduct, [Senior-Level]
of the Perfected One (Miao Xing Zhen Ren) of

Shí Fāng Wú Jí Chì Fú Dān Guāng Zhì Zhēn Dà Shén
The Ten Directions (Shi Fang-East South West North East-North East-South
West-South West-North Upwards and Downwards),
the Unbounded Pre-State of All Things/Without End (Wu Ji).
The Red Charm (Chi Fu), and the Cinnabar's Bright Ray [map] (Dan Guang),
[are all of] the Extreme Truth Diety (Zhi Zhen Da Shen),

Wú Yāng Shŭ Zhòng Jù Rù Bǎo Zhū Zhī Zhōng Tiān Rén
Unhaltered.
The numerous crowds all enter in and are joined with the Precious Pearl (Bao Zhu) of the Center.
Attempting to become Celestial Beings (Tian Ren),

Yǎng Kàn Wéi Jiàn Bò Bò Cóng Zhū Kŏu Zhōng Rù Jì Rù Zhū Kŏu Bù Zhī
they face upwards, with admiring thoughts about what they see. Exuberantly they pursue the Pearl in the Mouth (Zhu Kou Zhong)
conforming to everything they see.
And this is how enters the Pearl into the mouth,
while having no knowledge of it
