Jiē Qiǎn Fēi Xiān Tiān Rn Xi Guān Q Shēn Shū Q Gōng Qn Shng Zu
Zhū

For each and everyone there is sent down a Flying Genii (Fei Xian),
a Celestial Being (Tian Ren) goes down to observe
his or her life's character and conduct,
and write down theit merits and achievements
and the diligence and toil used to achieve
[and maintain their level of] superior performance.
This brings into effect

Tiān Wn Shn Cho Lǐ D Q Sh Mn D Xūn Zhēn Wng Bǎo Jŭ Shn
Xiāo Do Bi K D Yu Xng

in Heaven Ten Thousand Divine Spirits (Wan Shen)
for a Court Ceremony (Chao Li) at which Earth Geniis (Di Qi)
attend upon them.
The Gate (Men) leads into the area of Great Achievement (Da Xun),
the area belonging to the True Grand-Monarch (Zhen Wang)
where one is to be Recommended For Promotion (Bao Ju) by the gods
In the Clouds of Heaven is the Path (Dao) that a complete and able [process]
allows one to get ready to travel there and ramble about.

Sān Ji Shēng R Jīn Mn Cǐ Yīn W Suŏ B P W Suŏ
[Going beyond] the Three Borders (San Jie- Past, Present, and Future Existences) one ascends and enters in through the Golden Gate (Jin Men).
The welcome news is that there are none [in need of governing,
so there is] no Sovereign and no [particular] place to be,

B Rǎng W Suŏ B D W Suŏ B Chng Tiān Zhēn Z Rn
for there is nothing to be removed by fasting and praying (Bu Rang).
There is no restraint [so it is] Unrestrained and without limits (Bu Du).
There is no [competitiveness so there is no] Failure or Coming Up Short (Bu Cheng).
The Celestially Endowed, Naive and Innocent Nature of 'True Self' (Tian Zhen Zi Ran)

Zhī Yīn Yĕ G Sng Zhī Zh Fēi Xiān Xi Guān Shng D Yo Chng Wn Shn
is [what is promised] in the Tidings.
Therefore one, by Chanting (Song Zhi) can cause the Flying Genii (Fei Xian)
to come down and take a look at what is going on.
SHANG DI YAO CHANG- And likewise, the Supreme God (Shang Di),
distant and remote, begins at the singing and calling out to
to assemble the Ten Thousand,
