Yuán Shǐ Líng Shū Shén Biàn Qì Huà Yù Piān
The origin is the 'Spiritual Axis' or 'Divine Pivot'
(the Ling Shu Section of the Huang Di Nei Jing (circa 100 bce)).
Wherein is given the 'Spiritual Transformation (Shen Bian)
Given Through the Qi (Qi Hua)' found in the Jade Volume Classic (Yu Pian Jing)


Dōng Fāng Bā Tiān
The Eastern Eight Heavens (Ba Tian).

Míng Cū Shì Yín
Being sharp-eyed, the dust in the room is seen
even at the time of the Third Earthly Branch (Yin - 3-5 a.m.).

Wǎn Zòu Dí Kuài
Perform as if one is laboriously washing in a water tank.

Ē Liú Fàn Méng
Up on the High Ridge (E) it is let remain and grow,
with the Brahma Wind Signing in the Trees (Fan),
it germinates and shoots forth.


Tí Jiǎo Cí Wài
Just Mention [of it] gives the feeling of Waking Up (Jiao)
from the Phraseology (Ci), shirking the External (Wai).

Yǎn Luó Qiū Wēi
Developing outwards from the Mounded Grave (Qiu),
it at first starts out Minute yet Profound (Qiu).

Duì Jìng Píng Shī
Face to face with the Borders (Jing),
[operations] are still calmly carried out.


Jiā Nà Wò Wēn
Increased by the grasp is what [raises]
the warmth of the temperature.

Pí Dé Yòu Jī
Being adjacent to the Heart and Mind (De),
helps protect that which is hidden (Ji).

Dòng Luò Cì Nǐ
In the Cavity at the Luo River (in Henan) is where were placed
the Ancestral Tablets [at the Shrine].
