Biàn Huà Zhuàn Wéi Fú Xiáng Zhū Tiān Jì Míng
Change and Transformation (Bian Hua) is the revolution
of Happiness and Good fortune - the auspiciousness
of the Heavens (Zhu Tian) wherein is signed one's own name.
Wàn Shén Shì Wèi Yòu Bié Zhì Rén Kè Dé Wéi Zhēn Wáng Yù Fŭ Zhī
With Ten thousand Divine Spirits (Wan Shen)
serving as Imperial Bodyguards (Shi Wei) to assist the awkward,
most human beings wishing to become Perfect Men (Zhi Ren)
are [properly] subdued.
The result is that the True King (Zhen Wang)
is [waiting] in his Beautiful Residence (Yu Fu).
Chén Zuŏ Huá Jì Rén Gōng Guò Háo Fēn Wú Shī Yù Qīng Zhēn
Wáng Yì Bǎo Jŭ Ĕr Shēn Dé Dào Zhĕ Nǎi Dāng Dòng Míng
Zhì Yán Yĕ
The Officer of the [so-called] Left Side Flower (Chen Zhuo Hua)
[i.e., the Unorthodox Chinese Official] wrote down in his records
discusses the Merits and Faults (Gong Guo) that divide,
regardless of one's defects, one from those who will achieve
[the heights] of the Beautiful-Jade Clarity (Yu Qing- the highest of the thirty-six
heavens) of the True King (Zhen Wang).
Likewise is recommended for raising up one's body onto the waiting Pathway (Dao).
This therefore becomes the [way to enter into] the Cavity (Dong),
through it use of brilliantly clear and explicit Excellent Words (Zhi Yan).
Bā Tiān Zhī Dà Fàn Yǐn Yŭ Wú Liáng Yīn
Eight Heavens (Ba Tian) of the Great Brahmin,
the Wind Sighing in the Trees (Da Fan),
is an Allusion or Elliptical Sentence (Yin Yu) [that describes]
the Boundless Sound of the News (Wu Liang).
