And then going on to state the Doctrine of the Ninth Universality
of the Upper Direction, which is the Unbounded Pre-State of All Things,
being of Greatest Quantity and Quality.
The Lord of Transformation (Zhu Bian),
God Unhaltered of Multitudious Floating-Superficial Void-Emptiness.

Ér Zhì Shuō Jīng Shí Biàn Xià Fāng
And then going on to state the Doctrine of the Tenth Universality
of the Lower Direction,

Wú Jí Wú Liáng Pǐn Chí Huà Dà Shén Wú Yàng Zhī Zhòng Fú Kōng Ér
Zhì Shí Biàn
which is the Unbounded Pre-State of All Things,
being of Greatest Quantity and Quality.
With Firmly-Grasped Conversion, (Chi Hua)
God Unhaltered of Multitudious Floating-Superficial Void-Emptiness.
And then going on to explain the Daoist Doctrine of the Tenth Universality

Zhōu Jìng Shí Fāng Wú Jí Biàn Huà Dà Shén Yī Shí Tóng Zhì Yī Guŏ
Nán Nŭ
having cycled eventually through the entirety of the Ten Directions
(East South West North East-North East-South West-South West-North
Upwards and Downwards) the Unbounded Pre-State of All Things.
The Change God (Bian Hua Da Shen).
For a short while, in common with most of the whole country,
men and women alike,

Qīng Xīn Guī Yǎng Suī Wèi Wén Fǎ Gè Wù Sān Jiè Shí Fāng
acted with cordiality and respect, although they had not yet heard
the news concerning the laws and their realization of
the Three Borders (San Jie- Past, Present, and Future Existences),
and the Ten Directions (Shi Fang- East South West North East-North East-South
West-South West-North Upwards and Downwards).
