Daoist Doctrine states that in former times,
the Great Element (Tai Su) of Heaven's Center [displayed]
the luminous Scene (Jing) from the clouds of the Heavenly Void (Xu),
towering high in the air, it illuminated the unenlightened so that they might
receive the Primal-Heaven's Salvation Divine-Metamorphosis Transformation
Action of the Qi at its Boundless Highest Level.

The Primal Heaven Venerable-Worthy (Yuan Shi Tian Zun)

the Ten Deviations (Shi Guo) in order to call up the 'Ten Directions'
(Shi Fang- East South West North East-North East-South West-South West-North
Upwards and Downwards).
