The Unbounded Pre-State of All Things (Wu Ji) Heaven and people.

Xié Xiǎng Lún È Qù
Perverse Thought (Xie Xiang) sinking into Evil Delight (E Qu).

Tōng Gǎn Dēng Gāo Qīng
[Conversely,] Open Understanding (Tong Gan) gives the feeling of
ascending a height up to where all is clear and quiet.

Huì Zhuó Xiāng Chĕn Nì
For into Foul Turbidity (Hui Zhuo) all Appearance (Xiang) drowns.

Shǐ Ĕr Dào Wú Chéng
[Therefore] to use this Path (Dao) will be unsuccessful.

Bù Shòu Dòng Yuán Zhāng
Not receiving the Cavity Fundamentals (Dong Yuan) and rules.

Hé Yǐ Chāo Xuán Jīn
How does one transcend the Dark (Xuan) and Damp (Jin)?
