Jiŭ Fŭ Liè Zòu Yù Jīng
The Nine Prefectural Mansions (Jiu Fu).
In rows they report to the Throne in the Jade Capital (Yu Jing)


Tiān Yuán Dà Lù Biàn Huà Xuán Xū Chán Jiē Zhōu Liú Téng Jiàng Chĕn Fú
Xià Chōng Yù Júe Shàng

in the Heavens.
The primary component, the Great Chart (Da Lu), brings Change (Bian Hua) with the Mysterious Void of Heaven (Xuan Xu)
Fixed and firm, still it roams about, rising and falling, penetrating the deep darkness,
floating downward to the valley area of Yu (in ShanXi).
Matchless, it then rises up

Lǎng Tài Wú Líng Fēng Shàn Xiāo Kāi Tiān Yù Tú
into the bright light.
[Out of the] Tai Wu (Great Nothing) comes the Marvellous Power (Ling),
the winds fanning the clouds to move in the Heavens.
Thus travels the carriage of the Imperial Emperor on the drawing,

Tiān Shàng Tiān Xià Yōu Kuò Míng Míng Xuán Guāng Hào Dàng Dà Jié
Wú Xíng

of Heaven, the Land under Heaven, and the Nether World.
The outline is Obscured (Ming Ming Xuan).
[Because of the] brightness of the vast and mighty,
the great calamity is Invisible (Wu Xing)

Hóng Méng Yuán Qì
in the Great Mist (Hong Meng), thus the Primal Influences (Yuan Qi) of

Shuāng Xiàng Jiāo Shēng Hùn Dùn Xuán Lì Bǎo Yùn Zì Rán Shān
Zhào Lóng Yì

the Two Images (Shuang Xiang- as exemplified in the Yin and Yang Symbols)
intersect and associate with each other,
rising up out of Chaos (Hun Dun) to hang suspended.
Existing to protect What is Natural (Zi Ran).
At the mountain summon the Dragon
