the Tenth All-Pervading Universality is that of the Lower Direction,
the Unbounded Pre-State of All Things, being of Greatest Quantity and Quality.
Cavity Sovereign (Dong Huang) is the God Unhaltered
of Multitudious Floating-Superficial Void-Emptiness.
And then going on to explain the Daoist Doctrine of

Shí Biàn Zhōu Jìng Shí Fāng Wú Jí Tiān Zhēn Dà Shén Yī Shí Tóng Zhì Yī Guŏ
Nán Nŭ Qīng Xīn Guī Yǎng Lái Zhĕ Yŏu Rú
the Tenth Universality, which completes the cycle in its entirety
through the Ten Directions, the Unbounded Pre-State of all things of
the Celestially-Endowed Diety (Tian Zhen Da Zhen).
For a short while, in common with most of the whole country, men and women alike,
admiring heartily and giving respect by approaching Him,
acting for example, like

Yún Fēi Wù Hé Wú Yàng Zhī Zhòng Zhù Guŏ Yī Bàn Tŭ Jiē Piān Xiàn Fēi Kĕ
Jìn Zhǐ Yú Shì
clouds flyin swiftly in the fog.
Harmonious and Unhaltered (He Wu), many going back and forth,
pressing themselves in an urgent manner upon the country so that half of the land
and its native peoples were each and every one partial and one-sided.
Such traps were not possible to prohibit.
