Sī Shēn Zuò Jiŭ Xiāo Chún Yáng Wŭ Sè Fàn Qì Zhī
thirty-two Transmissions of Heavenly Tidings.
Thirty-two [times to] the Divine Will in acknowledgement and obeisance.
And thirty-two times to shut the eyes and calmly deliberate upon one's body,
character, and conduct.
Sitting in the Nine Heavens (Jiu Xiao) in [the state of] pure Yang,
with the Five Colors (Wu Se), the Buddhistic Influences (Fan Qi) of

Zhōng Nèi Wài Wĕng Míng Yŏu Qīng Lóng Bái Hŭ Zhū Què Xuán Wŭ Shī Zǐ
Bái Hè Luó Liè Zuŏ Yòu
the Center, inside and outside are luxuriant.
The Nether World (Ming You) has the Cerulean Dragon, White Tiger,
Vermilion Sparrow (the Rosefinch), Black Valiant Lion, and White Crane
arranged in that order from left to right.

Rì Yuè Guāng Míng Zhào Yào Tiān Dì Shēn Huà Wàn Biàn Biàn Lì Shí Fāng Rú Cǐ
Fēn Míng Mì Zhòu Yuè
the sun and the moon bright and shining are Heaven and Earth.
The Body is transformed through the Ten Thousand Changes (Wan Bian).
Going everywhere, the Ten Directions (Shi Fang- East South West North East-North East-South
West-South West-North Upwards and Downwards) are so clearly demarcated.
Using a Secret Incantation (Mi Zhou) that says

Wú Shàng Xuán Yuán Tài Shàng Dào Jūn Zhào Chū Chén Shēn Zhōng Sān
Wŭ Gōng Cáo
there is nothing superior to the Profound Primal (Xuan Yuan),
with the Supreme Way Heavenly Worthy (Tai Shang Dao Jun) to summon forth
the officers of the body's Center.
By threes and fours the result of this work is the achievement
of the group placed to
