says that when the tranquil Superior Vital-Spirit (Hun) becomes stagnant,
and the Inferior Vital-Soul (Po) has started to sink into Hell (Di Yu),
that everyone is from these [states] is freed these days.

Yī Guŏ Shì Nán Shì Nŭ Mò Xià Qīng Xīn Jiē Shòu Hù Dù Xián Dé Zhǎng Shēng
In the entire nation that it can be a male,
and yes it can be a female.
There is nothing inferior.
And with cordiality all who endure are guarded during the time spent.
All can receive Long Life (Zhang Sheng).
