Wù Yīn Yŭn Tiān Wú Fú Yì Sì Qì Lǎng Qīng Yī Guŏ Dì Tŭ Shān Chuān Lín Mù Miǎn
Píng Yī Dĕng
a fog just like dense smoke.
Heaven is without superficiality,
[without] shade or shadow [encumbering] the Four Airs of Compatibility (Cold, Hot,
Lukewarm, and Cool).
Bright and Clear is the entire country and all of its land,
with its mountains and Rivers and forests reflecting back on remote times,
when all things were equal and first-rate.
Fù Gāo Xià Tŭ Jiē Zuò Bì Yù Wú Yŏu Yì Sè Zhòng Zhēn Shì Zuò Yuán Shǐ Tiān
Zūn Xuán Zuò Lú Xiāo Huí Xiāo Fàn Guāng Bì Yù Bǎo Zuò Zhī
To return back to 'going up or down in the earth'
(i.e., with relative superiority or inferiority)
all to appear as if being made from [bluish-green] Jasper
that does not differ in color [or description].
Many individuals clearly attend upon the Constellation-Seat
of the Primal Heaven Venerable-Worthy (Yuan Shi Tian Zun) profoundly sitting
on the green clouds circling round, drifting in a careless manner.
Lights shine upon the Jasper Throne [Constellation which is the]
Throne of all that is that above.
Shuō Jīng Yī Biàn Zhū Tiān Shàng Dì Jī Shŏu Yán Shàn Fǎ Shǐ Chū Shǐ Rén Jiē Jiàn
Miào Lǐ Shuō Jīng Sān Jiè
To state that the Doctrine of the First All-Pervading Universality
means that to the Heavens God (Tian Shang Di) is to be kowtowed to as
are spoken the admirable Laws (Fa) that have began
to come into the world of mortals, doing so with cordiality and respect.
All are availed for everyone to see [with their own eyes]
with its wonderful Li (Natural Order and Logic).
To state that the Doctrine of the Second All-Pervading Universality
concerns the Three Borders of Past, Present, and Future Existences (San
Jie).
