so as to Refine the Essence (Jing) of the Jade Placenta.

Shēng Jiàng Míng Táng Huī Yìng Jǐng Xiāo Nèi Jiē Liú Zhŭ Róng Wàn Fāng
Rising and falling to the nose,
brilliant sunlight reflecting over a scenery with clouds in its sky,
these internally form together like drifting pearls,
blending in harmony everywhere.
